Raspberry Truffle Martini

2  oz Elemental Vanilla Espresso Vodka
1 oz of Godiva Chocolate Liquor
1 oz Puree or Muddled Raspberry

Shake
Strain into Chilled Martini Glass with graham cracker crusted rim
Garnish with Raspberry

White Russian/Christmas

3 oz Elemental Vanilla Espresso Vodka
light cream
sugar

Pour vanilla espresso vodka over ice in old-fashioned glass. Fill with light cream. Add sugar to taste.

Mint Chocolate Lemon Drop

2 oz Elemental Vodka
1/2 - 1oz chocolate syrup to taste (cocktail or coffee syrup - not ice cream syrup)
1/2 lemon
fresh mint

Add ice to a shaker cup, juice lemon into shaker cup adding the pulp from the lemon. Pour in Elemental Vodka and simple syrup. Tear several fresh mint leaves into small pieces and add to shaker. Shake well. Serve in martini glass. Garnish with mint leaf.
